Dear John and Doves,

I was looking at the book of Daniel the other day, how quick things can change, it reminded me how God will do likewise in these last days.

Daniel 4:31
While the word was still in the king’s mouth, (His boasting) a voice fell from heaven: “King Nebuchadnezzar, to you it is spoken: the kingdom has departed from you!
Daniel 4:30-32
That very hour the word was fulfilled concerning Nebuchadnezzar; he was driven from men and ate grass like oxen; his body was wet with the dew of heaven till his hair had grown like eagles’ feathers and his nails like birds’ claws.
He went from the most powerful man in the world to one of the lowest, a similar thing happened to his son he lost his kingdom in a day as well.

38 For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, 39 and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.

For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. 3 For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labour pains upon a pregnant woman.

But just before this happens...In a twinkling of an eye...And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. What an Incredible promise.
