As a comparison, San Diego, California, USA is on PDT (Pacific Daylight Time), which is UTC - 7.

So, Jerusalem is 10 hours ahead of San Diego (except between the fourth Sunday in September, when daylight savings time ends in Jerusalem, and the fourth Sunday in October, when daylight savings ends in the USA). At this time, New York is 7 hours behind Jerusalem. London is on daylight savings time, so London is at UTC + 1 right now.
