""Clay Cantrell (20 Aug 2012) "Question for MJ Agee: When Then Was Pentecost?"""

From: Marilyn Agee

Hi:

The Feast of Firstfruits, Sunday, Nisan 16, 3790 (Hebrew), April 9, 30 AD (Julian) was Omer 1. The 50 days are figured by Inclusive Reckoning, because they are a block of time.

Therefore, Pentecost was 49 days later, on Sunday, Sivan 6, 3790, May 28, 30 AD (Julian).

I can remember it, because our daughter's birthday is May 29, and the Jews that are now scattered around the world keep Pentecost on two days, Sivan 6 and 7.

"From date: Sunday, April 9, 30 AD (Julian calendar)

Added 49 days

Resulting date: Sunday, May 28, 0030 (Julian calendar)."

Agape,

Marilyn Agee
