I was surprised to read your dream, and can completely confirm the context of it.
  See;  im in similar position as you, and i have had many dreams, over the past years,
all centered on Transsylvania, and they were the same type dream and context as yours.
 
...i have learned that  'Romania'  represents "the East ",
in that sense, that East and West Europe are a "fractal " of the Worlds greater East and West.
consequently,
the ' romanian pastor ' represents a group of  ' believers living in the East '
and the pastor was stubborn, refusing, unyielding, not wanting to give up Self, nor selfsurvival.
       In fact: working agáinst the Rapture.
 
now;  it is not strange that it is this group (part of the 144.000) in the East, is very much
under attack from Lucifer, who is pushing them to remain unyielding:
since the False Prophet - Maitreya/Osiris/the False Light/the first white Horse, that will cover
the Earth soon - is álso coming this way from the East  (compare Karis post)
 
...then you asked in the dream for 'water ', but "your brother could supply but Tainted water",
meaning "this perticular group s belief is not pure - yet"

  and there will happen *no* Event, caused by Evil, on earth - untill He has secured that final group.
