Yesterday at http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/aug2012/jovial87.htm , I explained a few things about vowels. There's more you need to keep in mind if you want to try and spell someone's name in Hebrew.
One reason ancient Hebrew did not see a need to write down vowels so as to distinguish an "a" from an "e" from an "i", etc, is that in Hebrew, vowels are determined more by grammar rather than being part of the word as in English. For example, if one takes the root word MLK (מלך) and pronounces it MeLeK, it is a noun that means "king". If one pronounces it MaLaK, it is a verb that means "reign", which is what a king DOES. MoLeK would mean "he who reigns". Vowels are filled in to fit the grammatical context of a sentence. You know what vowels to use by how a word is used in a sentence. But when writing foreign words in a Hebrew sentence, this can create a lack of fully writing the pronunciation.
There's more on this topic at http://www.messiahalive.com/thename.htm , where I explain the grammatical interpretation of YHWH based on the rules for filling in vowels into a Hebrew word. There is no mystery to how to pronounce the Divine Name if you knows the rules for Hebrew grammar.
By convention, names were usually translated, rather than transliterated. For example, take Peter. His name was "Petros" in Greek, which means "rock". It was Kefah (spelled Cephas in English) in Aramaic, which also means "rock". So his name was TRANSLATED from Greek to Aramaic. His Hebrew name was SHIMON, and that is another Jewish convention; sometimes people had one Hebrew name in Israel and a completely different name in other societies. But if your name is "Hope" in America, you'd be more likely to go by TIKVAH in Israel (which means "hope") rather than spelling your name out as "הוף" and having people call you "Hoof".
BHO does not add up to 6-6-6 either transliterated into Hebrew or translated. Sutero does not add up to 6-6-6 transliterated, since we have covered that the last few days. I have no idea what the name means. I tried a web search but there is a lot of made up inventions out there as to what the name means and it might be hard to find a reliable source.
I will say this; his names fit him. 0bam@ is Arabic for "he is with us", and he certainly sides with the Arabs over Jews. When "סתר" is pronounced "SeTeR", it is a noun that means "secret". When it is pronounced "SaTaR", it is a verb that can be translated "erase", "upset", "demolish", "refute" or otherwise take something and bring it to nothing ("hiding" it). That certainly fits someone trying to secretly use the Cloward Pivens strategy to destroy the economy intentionally so communism can take over! I don't think he is the AC, but if he is conneted in any way it is more as a fall guy to help usher Big Brother into power.
