      The horrific events on 7-20 at Aurora were planned in advance. In the movie "The Dark Night Rises" is a critically important 23 day period from countdown to pay off. The plan is to affect all of Gotham, all residents eventually. We can discern occult markers in a period which spans 7-20 to 8-12. First on 7-20 were the Aurora events, then on 7-27 was the O Games opening, then the games one half over on 8-2, then the O Games close on 8-12. When did the 23 day period begin? This is very significant. The 23 began early at the MIDNIGHT HOUR from 12-1 on 7-20 at Aurora (dawn). That would be London time of 8-9, not long after dawn (Aurora). So the 23 days are concluded for London on 8-12 between 8 and 9 in the morning. In the Illuminati card game there is the time of 8:03. Day or night is not stated.
      Scheduled on 8-12 is the final football (soccer) game at a place called "Twin Towers" in London. In "The Dark Night Rises" something implodes on the field during a football game. Symbolic of a planned event in the future?
      What is another clue to the significance of the number 23? The big BLACK BELL, to be tolled for opening and closing ceremonies of the Games, weighs 23 tons. A coincidence? NO. If there is a pay off on day 23, what might it be?
      Another possibility is the adding of 23 days to 23 days! Remember, the 23 BELL tolls TWICE! Might something be released into the air the evening of 8-12? The stadium was built up over radioactive waste. What does radioactive waste do to virus? Cause it to mutate, and worsen? What if there could be an incubation period engineered to end after 23 days? The date of the end of 23, the double 23, or 46 days would be 9-3. This will be Labor Day. There are 46 chromosomes in a human body, or two pairs of 23!
If you study the London series at the open scroll blogspot, you will learn about an impressive helix structure near the main venue stadium. See the symbolic representation of 23 TWICE, 23 PAIRS OF CHROMOSOMES, a total of 46 CHROMOSOMES! Could a mutating "superbug" or viral cocktail mutate enough to affect chromosomes by the end of 23 days?  The big black bell, "The bell tolls for thee" will ring TWICE, for the OPENING and  the CLOSING. Will it be the Death Knell Bell? The malign spirits will have been invited into East London and then released and sent all over, to every country? We shall see. Come quickly, Lord...
