I live beside Interstate 64 in Virginia, the evacuation route for all of the Hampton Roads military bases. There are about 10 bases there, from all brances of the service including the world's biggest naval base.
 
I have seen no evidence of mass evacuation inland as of now. Believe me, I would notice just as I notice the amazing traffic tie ups going to Virginia Beach on Friday afternoons and coming back on Sunday afternoons
