DID GOD USE CHARIOTS?

I believe so.  In the prophetic play, the Song of Solomon, in Chapter 6, in verse 12, is found the removal of the Shulamite girl.  A Shulamite is gentile.

“Or ever I was aware, my soul mde me like the CHARIOTS of Aminidab”.

I know that this is the rapture of the gentile Bride (The Church) because in verse 13a, the daughters of Jerusalem (Tu B ‘Av) say:

“Return, return, O Shulamite, return, return that we may look upon thee”.

This is Israel recognizing what has happened and wanting the Church to come back.  Why?  In verse 13b, the Bride asks:

“What will ye see in the Shulamite?”

In other words, why do you want me to return, she asks?  And the daughters of Jerusalem reply in verse 13c:

“As it were the company of TWO armies” (caps mine).

These two armies are the resurrected dead in Christ, and the raptured living, I believe.

So, does God use chariots?  Look again at chapter 6 and verse 12.  An amplified rendering of this verse says:

“Before I was aware of it, my soul was taken by the chariots of Aminidab”.

“Aminidab” is not a proper name, but rather a description of a wealth One with many, many chariots.  

I thus conclude that if chariots were good enough for Elijah, they are good enough for me.

To the only wise God be glory, and dominion, and power, and majesty forever.
