Yes, the sins of the fathers seem to perpetuate this way.

Are they demons or actually the spirit of the person who died?

We know there is a hell, and it seems to take many forms before the judgement lake of fire.

One may be that the person who was killed may be stuck in the spot they were murdered

If the ghost hunters story has any truth to it.

 

I have a friend who experienced an extremely angry spirit being when he was in a basement

He was 7 years old, he ran upstairs and told his grandpa who laughed

Oh that is old [wont say name here], he then started yelling at that person to get back in his hole.

Later on as an adult this friend went back down to the basement and noted a place cut out in the cement

He had to look real close because they did a good job

He later found out that some one had raped his grandmother and his grandfather killed him

This happened in the day when we had the wild west law system, you took care of it yourselves.

So that is where this man is, I would say in prison there till judgement day

They had moved away from that house but lived near by

A 20 year old man who lived in that house experienced the same frightening thing of this angry old man.

So he is still there.

 

I recall an old Japanese movie about an abandoned town were some murders happened.

The people who were murdered stayed there perpetually in the state they were murdered in.

So, I think that this is some spiritual law.

I also think that a crime has a punishment, therefore a legal right to the future relatives.
