In short, the ecliptic plane is not a perfectly flat disk. Each planet has its own unique plane and orbit which varies relative to our perspective.
Take the moon, for example. It also has a varying orbital plane called Saros cycles. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saros_%28astronomy%29 In other words, if the moon had a perfect orbit, we'd have eclipses every 2 weeks.
If we look at planetary orbits from our perspective, the planets do a loop pattern in the sky.
Here's an image I found in Google of Mars' pattern in the constellation Leo:
This is called 'Retrograde Motion', http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apparent_retrograde_motion
So, in short, the author of this video has not done his/her homework. They made some ignorant observations, added some dramatic music and is offering it as evidence of Planet X. Bad astronomy. Unfortunately many don't understand enough astronomy to detect this obvious mistake.
As I observe the skies, all the planets and the sun & moon are in their God-appointed places. Eclipses and planetary positions appear exactly where they need to be, and the sun rises where it should.
If we are going to share something with others, we have the obligation to investigate and verify if it is true before we share it.
