     Paul was released at his trial in front of Caesar mentioned in Acts.!!!
Yes, go look at Romans ch15, 23/25
     Paul is saying at the end of Romans-15:25, that he is about to
leave Rome for Jerusalem, and that he then intends to go on to Spain.
Today's Spanish have annual festivals at the cities he visited in
Spain!
   The following link shows from early Christian (( extra biblical/
not doctrinal)) historical teachings & books that Paul did go to
Spain, then made his way back to visit the churches in Greece. From
there, he crossed the Agean sea to today's Turkey (then called
"Asia,") and then south visiting all the churches. After all this, a
period of a couple years or so, he was then arrested, taken to Rome
and beheaded in Nero's great persecution along with Peter.
