"hated of all nations because of the name of Jesus"

As someone else pointed out last week, in Matthew 24, Jesus is speaking to Jews.
He's not speaking to Gentile churches, and it's sad when Gentile Christians try to figure out how and when they are to flee into the mountains.
So, when he says:

Matthew 24:9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.

He's speaking about Jews being hated of all nations because of the name of Jesus.
But it's not just Jews preaching the gospel, and Jewish believers in Jesus, that are hated of all nations because of the name of Jesus.
Even Jews who do not believe in Jesus are hated, because they are called "Christ killers", and suffered much by catholics and Protestants in Europe, for centuries.
Even the muslims know that the Jews are back in the land because of Jesus, even though most Jews don't realize that.
