Chance, you asked:
I do have a question for you though - I put this in a letter last week....do you think it's possible, that 'the taking away of the daily' (sacrifice is an added word and we are now dealing with the "End Times" prophecy in Daniel 12:11) could be the daily prayers at the Western Wall? That's the only thing the Jews have done 'daily' since they weren't granted a 'meaningful' access to the Temple Mount decades ago...so this is really the most sacred place for them to pray. I thought about this being 'prayers' years ago....and now we have the war going on.Since the U.S./Israel attacked Iran on February 28, prayers at the wall have been banned, the Wall is 'closed'. The Wall is still closed to prayers. I've been watching this Wall for years...it's very eerie seeing it without the people congregated in the Plaza and praying at the Wall. The 'daily prayers' certainly have been 'taken away'.
No doubt there have been prayers at the western (wailing) wall, at all times, which would include daily, and also repeatedly, which could have the same prayers repeated every day.As to that camera, I remember when I first saw a link to that, it was amazing! You had also mentioned:
I've wondered how can anyone see what's going on inside a building/temple
There are a growing number of Jews who want to see a third temple.Recently there have been Jews praying on the temple mount, lying prostrate on their faces, without another intifada starting. The very thought that there was a practice burning of a red heifer indicates that there is a growing number of Jews desiring to see things leading to a third temple and sacrifices. If Jesus tarries for a while, this may come about, perhaps after you and I have finished our time on this earth. The palestinian muslims see the temple mount as giving them a strong religious priority in islam. The Shiites see the Sunni dominated Mecca as a great hinderance to Shiite religious priority, and have thus, like Turkey's Erdoğan, made inordinate importance of the temple mount. The Saudis would rather keep the main islamic religious focus on Mecca. If Shiite Iran falls, the Saudis may not put up too much resistance to Israel building the temple, and may help keep the palestinian resistance at bay, for major concessions. So, if there will be a third temple, it may not be impossible to consider cameras in there, demanded for security reasons, by the Israeli government, before being allowed to be built.
