According to this report, Netanyahu has been left stunned at the USA's insistence on a 10 day ceasefire with Hezbollah in Lebanon.  If this so-called ceasefire lasts the 10 days, it will conclude on 10th Iyar - the 25th day of the Omer. Half way through to the lead up to Shavuot and the 50th day of counting the Omer.  This is a VERY tense time for all.
