"We are NOT destined to Live Like This "

Hi John and Doves,

We all know that deep grief and hardship leads us to the LORD God.  Which is why I have always maintained that this world is one big nursery school. Having free will - we are opened to good as well as evil.  We suffer, both emotionally and physically.  We are subjected to all the storms that evil can throw at us.  It's hard not to throw a tantrum and ask, angrily,  WHY? But it's all a learning curve - leading us to truth. Leading us all to our Creator God.  THIS is WHY!

Before he was King, David thanked God for his hardships as they brought him close to God.  David asked God for forgiveness due to the sins of his youth.  In 2 Samuel 22, (linked below), David praised and thanked the Lord God for His protection and redemption.  Who are we to think that we - blessed as we are with the Holy Spirit - are exempt from pain and suffering?  Yet, through it all, Almighty God promises that we will not be saddled with a burden we cannot carry. This is not a test from God. Instead, it is a witness to satan regarding the pure strength of true faith.  Much like the story of Job.

We have not long to go, Doves.  Keep the faith.

Please come, LORD Jesus.
