Passover Seder Ritual 

During the Seder ritual several Psalms are sung at different times during the meal.

-When the story of the Exodus from Egypt is told, the group sings Psalms 113-114.

-Towards the end when they drink the 3rd cup of wine, Psalm 126 is sung. 

-At the end of this ritual, after a child is sent to the door to see if Elijah had come back that year, they sing the Hallel, which are Psalms 115–118 and 136.

26 Blessed is he (Jesus) who comes in the name of the LORD! We have blessed you from the house of the LORD. 

27 God is the LORD, And He has given us light; Bind the sacrifice (Jesus) with cords to the horns of the altar. 

28 You are my God, and I will praise You; You are my God, I will exalt You. 

-According to Jesus the requirement for his Second Coming is that Israel repents and accepts him as their Messiah. Elijah must return also.

35 “See! Your house is left to you desolate; and assuredly, I say to you, you shall not see Me until the time comes when you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD!’ ” (Psalm 118:26)
