Regarding the information you have found on the tariffs between the USA and China
I think it is also worth pointing out some other interesting facts about them.
You point out that the initial figures were US-China 145125 and China-USA 125145.
Here we see the two groups of 3 digits are being swapped round.
For both of these figures the digits add to 18 = 6+6+6.
145125-125145 = 19980 = 666x30 or 666x6x5.
And when you divided both of those figures by 5 they both contained 29 and 25 with
a zero between them. 29025 and 25029 and of course they both add to 18 = 6+6+6.
