Total lunar eclipse in 32 AD on the day of the crucifixion of the Lord Jesus

Hello John and Doves,

Dear brothers and sisters, is there any way to determine the year in which the Lord Jesus was crucified? For centuries, there has been a debate about the year in which the Lord Jesus was crucified, with no definite conclusion. The general consensus is that it was between 30 and 33 AD.

However, it is quite important to determine with as much certainty as possible when the Lord’s crucifixion took place. By adding 2,000 years to the year of the crucifixion, we get the probable year of the Lord’s second coming to this earth. If we subtract the seven years of Jacob’s trouble from this year, we get the year in which the rapture of the church should occur. If the crucifixion took place in 32 AD, then the second coming of Jesus would occur in the fall of 2032, and the rapture would then occur in 2025.

One event that took place in heaven shows us quite clearly the year of the Lord’s crucifixion. This is a lunar eclipse on the day of the crucifixion, Nisan 14. On the NASA website and in the Stelarium program we can find out the following. In the years 30 and 31 AD, there was no lunar eclipse on the day of the crucifixion. In the year 33 AD, there was only a partial eclipse on the day of the crucifixion, about 68% of the size of the moon and it took place from about 4:00 PM to 6:40 PM Jerusalem time, which was April 3 in the Gregorian calendar. This partial eclipse will not cause the entire moon to turn red, to be bloody.

The year 32 AD is absolutely exceptional from this point of view. In this year, there was a total lunar eclipse, the moon was bloody, and at an absolutely incredible time. The Lord Jesus was crucified on the 14th of Nisan at 9:00 AM and died at 3:00 PM according to the Scriptures. This total lunar eclipse began at approximately 10:00 a.m. and ended at approximately 1:30 p.m. Jerusalem time, which was April 14th in the Gregorian calendar. This means that the eclipse was taking place as a sign during the entire time that the Lord Jesus was hanging on the cross. It was a sign of the blood given by God Himself at the time when our Lord shed His holy blood for us. The course of the eclipse is shown in the pictures.

We know from the Scriptures that on the day of Pentecost, after being empowered by the Holy Spirit, Peter gave his first public sermon, speaking from the prophet Joel. He preached that these were the last days and that the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on all flesh fulfilled this prophecy. Acts 2:17: “And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, that I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams.” Then he preached from the prophet Joel this word Acts 2:20: “The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and illustrious day of the Lord come.” This was most likely fulfilled on the day of the crucifixion of the Lord Jesus, because it is written that from 12:00 o’clock darkness came over the whole earth and lasted for three hours. This darkness must have been caused by a supernatural event. At the same time, however, there was a total lunar eclipse (blood moon). Here, the prophecy “The sun will turn into darkness and the moon into blood” was fulfilled, and it happened at the same time that the Lord Jesus was hanging on the cross. In Jerusalem, the blood moon could not be seen at that time, because it was on the other side of the globe. However, the prophecy does not say that both must be seen, but that it will happen at the same time. It is also interesting that the total lunar eclipse took place in the sign of Libra (the sign of judgment), see the picture.

The total lunar eclipse at the exact time that the Lord Jesus hung on the cross, with great probability, proves that the year 32 A.D. is the actual year of the crucifixion of the Lord Jesus.

If we recall the video about the sevens, which also points to the year of the crucifixion as 32 A.D. , we can look forward with great hope to the year 2025 as the year of the rapture of the church.
