John,Again, that was quite fascinating!
btw - a number of years ago, back in school, I had a friend, who was brilliant in mathematics. His last name started with the letter A, (Amling), so I used to tease him, when we got together with other students.I told them that he had determined the ultimate, powerful constant in the world - ä - "a umlaut", or Amling's constant.I told them that any differential equation, no matter how complicated, multiplying it by Amling's constant, would transform it into a simple linear equation. Also, I told them that he would use Amling' constant to predict the exact timing and location of raindrops, to avoid getting wet, on the way to lectures.Additionally, I told them, that contrary to everything else they ever were told, that Amling' constant is actually the very first thing to the right of zero, on the real number axis (nothing between ä and zero!)

Haha, Gino. You have quite an imaginary mind.
Thanks!
