"I hold to the
scripturally led belief that
the Holy Temple will descend
from heaven to earth. This is
the Temple that the AC will
sit in and feebly
(unsuccessfully) proclaim
himself to be god. This is not
some bit of nonsense that I
have concocted. It's what
scripture indicates. That is
why scripture tells us "let
the reader understand"."
MY REPLY: What
Bible scripture shows the Holy
Temple descending from heaven to
Earth? The city of New Jerusalem
comes down from heaven
according to
Rev. 3:12, "Him that
overcometh will
I make a
pillar in the
temple of
my God, and he
shall go no more out: and I
will write upon him the
name of
my God, and the
name of
the city of
my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh
down out
of heaven from my God: and I will
write upon him my new name."
Rev. 21:2 says, "And I John saw the
holy city, new Jerusalem, coming
down from God out
of heaven, prepared as a
bride adorned for
her husband."
In regards to New Jerusalem,
Rev. 21:22 says, "And I
saw no temple therein: for the
Lord God Almighty and the
Lamb are the temple of
it."
So
the Temple of God seen
in heaven in Rev. 11:19,
14:15 & 17, Rev.
15:5, 6, & 8 and
Rev. 16:1 &17 does
not come down from
heaven because the Lord
God Almighty and the
Lamb are the temple of
it. As for Rev. 3:12
which says,
"Him
that overcometh will I make
a pillar in the temple of my
God," in my opinion it
refers to a permanent place
in the Lord God's & the
Lamb's presence who are the
temple inside of New
Jerusalem because true
believers support the temple
(like a pillar that supports
a physical temple) who is
the Lord God, the
Father & Jesus Christ,
His Son.
So what is the
temple of God in 2 Thess.
2:4 if it isn't a rebuilt
Temple for the Antichrist
(the son of perdition) to
sit himself in because the
Antichrist is not going to
be allowed inside New
Jerusalem where the Lord
God & the Lamb are the
temple according to Rev.
21:27 & 22:14-15 in
the verses below?
2 Thess. 2:4,
"Who opposeth and exalteth himself
above all that is
called God, or that
is worshipped; so that
he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he
is God."
Rev.
21"27, "And there
shall in
no wise enter into it any
thing that
defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a
lie: but they
which are written in the
Lamb's book of
life."
Rev. 22:14-15, "Blessed are they
that do his commandments, that they may
have right to the
tree of
life, and may
enter in
through the gates into the
city. For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a
lie."
