"TO CHANCE:  Is The Millenium Temple Built In New Jerusalem or in Old Jerusalem?"

This is in reply to your 4/07 post

"Is the Millennium Temple a different place than New Jerusalem?  The New Jerusalem comes down out of Heaven.  The Millennial Temple is built on Earth.  But is it built in New Jerusalem or in 'old Jerusalem?  Hmmm. "

The Millennial Temple would certainly fit inside of New Jerusalem, but there is no temple structure built inside New Jerusalem because the Lord God and the Lamb Jesus Christ are the Temple in New Jerusalem according to Rev. 21:22.  Also New Jerusalem is 12,000 furlongs in length, width and height according to Rev. 21:16 which means it is 1500 miles in length, width and height with a perimeter of 6,000 miles.  1500 miles = 7,920,000 feet in length, width and height with a perimeter of 31,680,000 feet which is a very important # because Lord Jesus Christ in Greek is 3168 or 10,000 x 3168 = 31,680,000 feet. New Jerusalem is really huge and would cover up the entire nation of Israel which is only 290 miles long and 85 miles wide at its widest point compared to New Jerusalem which is 1500 miles in length and width.

Also in regards to New Jerusalem Rev. 21:27 says, "And there shall in no wise enter into it anything that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life." During the Millenium, there will be people residing in Jerusalem and in Israel who are sinners because Isaiah 65:20-21 says, "There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed. And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them."  All the 12 tribes of Israel are supposed to be given a portion of land in Israel to live in according to Ezekiel 48:1-7, 23-29. So New Jerusalem is for the redeemed bride of Christ, and not for sinners to live in, and it can't be sitting on the same spot as Jerusalem as New Jerusalem would more than entirely cover Israel leaving no place in Israel for the 12 tribes of Israel to inhabit.
