I offer nothing other than first  hand witnesses about Dubai. A close friend recently visited Dubai for business purposes. He and his colleagues were staying in a very swish hotel in Dubai. All the amenities were top notch. The views were incredible. They were there for business - period. All of them happily married men in their late 30's. From the very first, they were harassed by prostitutes - day in and day out. They would sit down to breakfast, lunch, dinner and ladies 'of the night' would harass them for business. They were told that the easiest way to combat these uninvited pests was to 'avoid eye contact' with the prostitutes.. But the entire experience was stressful. Awful. How hypocritical of a dedicated Islamic country that subdues their ordinary women whilst allowing the bats of the night free reign? We simply have to be on the cusp of our LORD Jesus' return. Otherwise, this world will succumb to unimaginable evil. The floods in Dubai are the beginning of judgement.
