This article is excellent and well worth the read. Reading scripture and following Almighty God's narrative, Israel - no matter their sins, faults, weakness and failings - is the Apple of God's Eye. All throughout the Bible, Israel is the focus. The centre. The core. Everything is about bringing the Jewish people back to Almighty God. They are His wife. Israel is also the rootstock that we have been grafted onto. Our survival - our source of life - is about praying for the health and well-being of our precious rootstock. Israel and the Jewish people. If our roots shrivel and die, so too, do we - the branches. We cannot survive without our precious roots. Please see the 2nd link for a full explanation in Romans 11.

Almighty God is always specific - Israel is to wipe out their enemies, because Israel's enemies are the enemies of Almighty God. This is a war between Good and evil. There is no room for sweet, namby-pamby sentiment. Radical Islam - Almighty God's enemies and detractors - do NOT understand namby-pamby sentiment. This is a war that is vicious and must be fought with all our hearts, all our souls and all our minds. May our LORD Jesus come soon.
