The 2024 Solar Eclipse Announced a Pentecost Rapture

 

I watched the Great American Eclipse of April 2024 from the lawn around my apartment complex and also “live” on television as it was broadcast on several different channels and from several different locations along the path of totality.  I have to admit that I was unexpectedly taken aback by what I witnessed both here at home and on the television.  What I observed seemed totally and grossly inappropriate.

Everyone, it seemed, was delirious with elation and glee.  People being interviewed were using words like magical, mystical, awe-inspiring, and even otherworldly to describe their experience.  Many gave the impression of being in an emotional trans-like state involving an experience of mystic self-transcendence.  There was an overwhelming feeling of great happiness and joyful excitement.

News crews captured various “end-of-the-world” outdoor parties where people were both picnicking (eating) and consuming copious amounts of alcohol.  At one location they filmed a wedding taking place on a beach during totality and at another location, they captured footage of a man dropping to his knees on the beach to propose marriage to a young lady in the ghostly twilight. 

But as the days of Noah were, so also will be the coming of the Son of Man be.  For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.  Matthew 24:37-39.  NKJV.

Not one soul seemed to realize that the Great American Eclipse of 2024 was the Last Warning from God to America and the World at Large to repent and turn away from evil.

The Great American Eclipse of 2024 had a theme.  It was primarily centered around the Book of Jonah and how God dealt first with Jonah’s rebellion and then how He sent Jonah to the huge and evil City of Nineveh to deliver a 40-day ultimatum to repent – or else!!  There are several dozen parallels between the Biblical record of Jonah and what just happened with this eclipse in America that precludes this from being any semblance of coincidence.  God gave Nineveh a 40-day warning and we have every reason to believe that if Ninevah had ignored this warning, God would have surely destroyed them.

Numbers in the Bible are very important.  Forty is the number for testing and also for warning.  For example:

·      Jesus fasted for 40 days before starting His ministry. 

·      Moses and Elijah also fasted for 40 days in the desert. 

·      The Israelites wandered in the desert for 40 years before entering the Promised Land. 

·      The Bible tells us that Ezekiel laid on his right side for 40 days to bear the iniquity of Judah’s sins. 

·      Three of Israel’s most famous kings each ruled for 40 years – Solomon, David, and Saul. 

·      Goliath taunted the armies of Israel for 40 days before being killed by young David. 

·      God killed every living thing by raining on the earth for 40 days and 40 nights during the Great Flood. 

·      When God proclaimed judgment against Egypt, He said that Egypt would be desolate for 40 years. 

·      God gave Nineveh 40 days to repent or be destroyed. 

·      Israel was in captivity to the Philistines for 40 years. 

·      The spies that Moses sent to check on the Promised Land were there for 40 days. 

·      Speaking about Moses, he was on Mount Sinai for 40 days the first time he went up to get the Ten Commandments from God and again for 40 days the second time he went up the mountain. 

 

There are many other examples of the significance of this number.  In fact, the number 40 appears 159 times in the Bible.

 

The second chapter of Acts tells us that the Holy Spirit was given to us on Pentecost, just 50 days after Christ was crucified (which I believe was in 31 AD).  Paul told us in 2 Thessalonians 2:6-8 that the “Restrainer,” who many believe is also the Holy Spirit, will eventually be removed and at which time the “lawless one” (anti-Christ) will be revealed.

 

⁶ And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time. ⁷ For the ^[a]mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. ⁸ And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.  2 Thessalonians 2:6-8.  NKJV.

 

 I feel confident in my speculation that as soon as the Restrainer is removed and the anti-Christ is revealed, all hell is going to break loose with the commencement of the 7-year-long Tribulation, also known as the Time of Jacob’s Trouble.  Furthermore, I believe it would be very logical for God to remove the Holy Spirit on a Pentecost in the same way that He gave us the Holy Spirit on a Pentecost.  Lastly, I am dogmatically certain that the Rapture of the Bride will occur before the Tribulation begins. 

God’s 40-day warning will expire on May 18^th.  The following day is Pentecost.

I predict that on Pentecost this year (May 19, 2024) God will remove the Restrainer from the earth and the Dispensation known as the Age of Grace will come to an abrupt end in the “twinkling of an eye.”  The anti-Christ will be revealed.  There will be a Great Destruction that comes upon America (and perhaps the entire world).  I also predict that the Bride will be snatched away to heaven just before all of this happens with the dragon and his minions in hot pursuit.

Of course, I could be wrong about part or even all of this.  My past track record for predicting the rapture has been abysmal.  Perhaps nothing at all will happen on Pentecost this year.  If so, I have already drafted contingency plans to start jumping up and down and waiving my arms while loudly proclaiming the Feast of Trumpets in 2024 to be the most promising watch date on the horizon.
