I’ve experienced sleep paralysis many times. Usually at important times where I’m battling for souls or innocents. I haven’t seen anything alien, only demonic. The name of Jesus does cause then to flee. It gives freedom. They try to freeze vocal chords, but if you persist the name of Jesus will come forth.
