BREAKING NEWS: The Rapture Happened on May 28, 2023?

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE- May 28, 2023:  The Rapture?

Monday morning, Memorial Day, May 29, 2023, the world wakes up to chaos. The economy, transportation, government and the military are all crippled.  In America, initial reports suggest upward of 80 million people may be missing over the Memorial Day weekend.  Where did they go?  Vanished!  Reports from around the globe indicate that people heard thunder followed by a light show in the sky.  They say the sky was lit up with lights ascending into an illuminated cloud which subsequently vanished.  They asked “Who are these which arise and shine?  Who are these that fly as a cloud and as doves?” (Isaiah 60:1,8; 1 Thess.4:17; Hebrews 12:1)

This Event, which we know to be the resurrection of the dead in Christ and the catching out of the living in Christ is a Pentecostal event. (1 Cor. 15:52; 1 Thess. 4:17) Contrary to popular belief, Pentecost was not fulfilled on the first Pentecostal day in A.D. 30 as described in Acts 2.  Pentecost is an age which will continue until the Resurrection/Rapture event (the “Event”).  So, Pentecost is being fulfilled each day, this day.   The Pentecostal Age will end with the resurrection Event.  Pentecost will be fulfilled at the Event when the true Church, “bread of Christ”, ascends to be with the Lord forever!

Don’t get all agitated.  The proof is clear. Do you have eyes to see and ears to hear? (Matthew 13:16; Mark 4:11) The Event is not a Yom Hadin/Teruah/Trumpets event. The Festival of Trumpets is NOT a pilgrimage feast. The Fall festivals of the Lord are about the Time of Jacob’s Trouble alone.  The proof is found in the Festivals of the Lord in Leviticus 23.  There are seven (7) festivals of the Lord which are metaphors for God’s redemptive plans dealing with sin.  The Lord uses metaphorical images to tell His redemptive story.  Three of the seven festivals are pilgrimage feasts (chagim) and the four are festivals (moedim). This distinction is crucial to God’s redemptive plans.  The pilgrimage feasts (Exodus 23:14-17) are types of the first resurrection, the resurrection of righteousness. (1 Cor. 15:20-24, 15:52; 1 Thess. 4:17; Revelation 20:4-5) There are three orders to the First Resurrection.  (1 Cor. 15:23) These orders are (1) Christ the first fruits (1 Cor. 15:23a), (2) Christ’s own at His coming (1 Cor. 15:23b), and (3) at the end: the tribulation saints who will have lost their heads for their testimony and faith of Yeshua (Rev. 20:4-5) Pilgrimage feasts required assembly before the Lord.  The Event is a call to assemble (with the shout, with the voice of the archangel).  The Leviticus festival are “shadows of things to come”. (Colossians 2:16-17) Jesus/Yeshua is the Lord of the Harvest. (Matthew 9:38)

  1. Jesus/Yeshua was a type of unblemished Lamb of God. (Nisan 10)
  2. Jesus/Yeshua was sacrificed on Passover as the Passover Lamb for the atonement of sin.
  3. Jesus/Yeshua was buried during the first three days of the Feast (Chag) of Unleavened Bread being without sin.

WARNING:  Moses prohibited the celebration the harvest festivals during Israel’s wilderness wanderings, so Sinai was NOT a type of Pentecost/Shavuot. (Leviticus 23:10)

  1. Jesus/Yeshua was resurrected on the Festival (Moed) of First Fruits.
    1. He was the grain seed which had to die to produce much fruit. (John 12:24; 1 Cor. 15:36).  “Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.”
    2. Jesus/Yeshua was the type of seed of wheat which died, was buried, and rose on the third day.
  2. On the Festival of First Fruits, the Temple priests were required to perform a metaphorical ceremony associated with the agricultural cycles for grain production.  (Leviticus 23:10-11) They were required to take the first fruits of the harvest and wave it up to the Lord for acceptance. Jesus/Yeshua was being raised out of the grave while the Temple priests were performing this wave offering to the Lord. The Lord God accepted Christ’s finished work.   Jesus is the first fruits of the harvest. (1 Cor. 15:20)  Jesus’ resurrection fulfilled the metaphor of the seed dying and coming to life in the wave sheaf offering typology.
  3. On the Feast of Pentecost/Shavuot, the Temple priests were again required to perform a metaphorical ceremony associated with the agricultural cycles for grain production. They were required to take the grain from the wheat harvest and make two (2) loaves of bread and wave them before the Lord as His first fruits of Christ’s atoning work.

The Pentecost/Shavuot “two-loaf wave offering” is the metaphor of the resurrection of one loaf representing the resurrection of the dead in Christ and (2) the other loaf representing the translation and catching out (rapture/harpazo) of the living in Christ.  Why?   Because Christ’s Own are the HARVEST following His First Fruits resurrection at the end of the age.  Christ, the seed, produces the harvest fruit.  Pentecost is a pilgrimage feast for the “called out assembly” of Christ’s creatures.

Conclusion

Do you see the chronologic flow of metaphors:  (1)  Jesus as the Passover Lamb on Passover;  (2) Jesus buried during the Feast of Unleavened Bread;  (3) Jesus resurrected on the Festival of First Fruits; and (4) Jesus’ resurrection call to His Church at Pentecost.
