Genesis 1:27, "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them."

However, in the 21st century some men and some women remade themselves into the image of a He-Be-She or a She-Be-He transgender by having the male or female private parts of their bodies cut off in exchange for the opposite sex's private body parts to look like the opposite sex of male or female on the outside of their bodies.  However, they still remained biologically male or female as he not she or as she not he.
