"REPLY TO RAUL D. --
Adam Was Not Created As An Immortal Man"
In your 4/09 post Tribulation
Ends 7 months BEFORE Fall Feasts 2030 (fivedoves.com) you
stated that "Adam ate forbidden fruit on 12th year after he was
created immortal then became mortal 12 years later. Pastor Sandy
is correct about the 6000 years from Adam's creation to 2017.
Then 12 years later Adam ate the forbidden fruit and became
mortal. God created Adam to live forever to be immortal and he
only became mortal after eating the forbidden fruit."
I would have to disagree with you that Adam was created immortal
because Genesis 3:22-23 says, "And the LORD God said, Behold,
the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now,
lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life,
and eat, and live for ever: Therefore the LORD God sent him
forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he
was taken. So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of
the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned
every way, to keep the way of the tree of life."
If Adam was created as an immortal man, he would have no need to
eat from the tree of life to live forever which is the same
thing as being immortal. Adam was created as an mortal man
who could have become immortal if he had eaten of the tree of
life, but he ate from the forbidden tree of knowledge of good
and evil instead; and he spiritually died.
