I think the answer to your queation is Yes. However, I'm not so sure we will have to wait till Pentecost. Pentecost is a Jewish Feast and our dispensation didn't begin till the mystery of the Gospel of Grace was revealed to Paul, which occurred after Pentecost.  Pentecost was/is still about the Gospel of the Kingdom.

Perhaps the better high watch date is Ascension Thursday, which is not on the Jewish Calendar and is 10 days before Pentecost. What do you think?
