"It is done"

(If I already sent this to FiveDoves, I'm sorry for the repetition.)

Revelation 16:1 And I heard a
great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
17 And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done

(This is an extremely important moment in the revealing of Jesus Christ.
This chapter is when he finally has his angels pour out his wrath upon the wickedness of man upon the earth.
He sends the seven angels with a great voice, and then he concludes the pouring out of the wrath with a great voice in line 17.)

Revelation 16:17 And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.

(Jesus saying this loudly, with a great voice, should remind us of the last time that the world heard his voice:)

Matthew 27:50 Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.

John 19:30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.

(At the cross, his loud voice said, “It is finished”, at the completion of the pouring out of his blood, to take away sin.
Here, his great voice says, “It is done”, at the completion of the pouring out of his wrath upon sin.
The similarity is as significant as the contrast.
At the first Jesus became the Lamb of God which taketh away the sin of the world.
Since the cross, whosoever repents and believes on Jesus, has their sins forgiven, washed in his blood, and they are saved.
Even all the way up to the pouring out of the fifth vial of wrath, it appears that Jesus is still looking for repentance.
People in the world, who hadn’t taken the antichrist’s mark, will still be able to repent and believe on Jesus, the Lamb.
But, clearly, at the time of the pouring out of the seventh vial, the world can only then face Jesus as the Lion of the tribe of Judah.
The time for repentance, for the Gentiles, will be over.)

(Poured out into the air, the first heaven – what is about to happen involves predominantly the first heaven to the earth.
The seventh seal, the seventh trumpet, and the seventh vial appear to happen at the same time.
This is the time of the second advent of Jesus, when he is about to come from the third heaven, through the first heaven, to the earth.)

Revelation 10:7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.

(This is it - times up - like "ready or not, here I come!")
