I agree with your calendar of events and dates 100  %. I have taught that exact calendar of events for many years.  I call that specific calendar "The Year of Perfect Order".  Nisan 1 always falls on a Thursday in a Year of Perfect Order.  Jesus rode into Jerusalem on Nisan 10 which was Sabbath Saturday making it Palm Saturday, not Palm Sunday. Jesus was in the act of fulfilling the prophecy of the Lamb of God being selected FOUR DAYS  BEFORE it was sacrificed on Nisan 14 for its blood saving purpose .
