JESUS WANTS US TO KNOW
"THE DAY" OF THE RAPTURE..........
First, He wants us to know
that the rapture, like all future prophecies,
is determined to be fulfilled at a specific
appointed time , ie. day, according to :
"And has made of one blood
all nations of men for to dwell on the
face of the earth, AND HAS DETERMINED THE
TIMES BEFORE APPOINTED, and THE
BOUNDS of their habitation."
Secondly, He has told us
the specific day or days to watch for future
prophecies to be fulfilled involving the Lord
Jesus Himself, "bodily", according to :
"In respect of a feast
day, or of the new moon , or of the
Sabbath days WHICH ARE A SHADOW OF
THINGS TO COME ( future prophecies
to be fulfilled ) BUT THE BODY IS OF
CHRIST."
First, Jesus wants us
to know which day to watch for His
appearing to rapture His Church, and
secondly HE also wants us to the day of His
Second Coming accompanied by His previously
raptured Church. The only feast day that
always falls on the new moon is the Feast
of Trumpets which always falls on the new
moon of Tishri 1 every year. The
Feast of Trumpets is "the shadow" of future
prophecy yet to be fulfilled "bodily" by the
Lord Jesus at His Second Coming. Prior to
His Second Coming we can expect the
rapture of the Church to happen on "the
shadow" of a Saturday Sabbath prior
to the Feast of Trumpets according to the
Scriptures.
