Turkey is most certainly dancing the dance all over the Middle East. Turkey is fully involved in the fight over Syria (as are Russia, Iran, USA). Turkey is also aggressively staking her claim over the riches in the Mediterranean Sea. Let's not forget that there are two major USA airbases situated in Turkey. Nuclear armed airbases.
As you have pointed out in previous letters, Satan's seat is still very much in Turkey - albeit that it has been replicated by Germany. The dragon will stand on the shore (of the sea) which always refers to the Mediterranean. I reckon "the shore" mentioned in that passage, is Turkey's shore. It is the most obvious.
