Considering Napoleon was the rider of the white horse, Hitler the rider of the red horse, and Obama the rider of the black horse as proposed some years ago on Five Doves.  Also consider the price of some foods may be going up tremendously because of COVID-19 and supply and demand.  It is interesting the specificity of the prophecy in that the grain staples prices increase greatly while oil and wine do not.  We are already seeing shortages in flour.

Of course both oil and wine can also be considered types of names for what becomes gasoline and ethanol.  The prices for both of these are considerably depressed.
