Do we know when Obama gave the Chinese this weaponized coronavirus?  We do know China’s paramount leader Xi Jinping visited the United States for a week starting September 22, 2015.  We know he met personally with Obama on September 24th and 25th.  There is a very high likelihood the exchange agreement took place at this time.  There is also a very good reason why these specific dates were chosen.  Sandwiched in between these dates was September 23, 2015.
