"Re: John’s "The Hidden Rapture in Psalm 120" – I’m Wanting Rapture 2020 Vision"

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.  I Corinthians 13:12

John Tng (12 Apr 2020) - "The Hidden Rapture in Psalm 120"

John – appreciate the exegesis of Psalms 120 pointing to 2020 for the Rapture.  Of course the burned juniper was also interesting.  Sure hope we are out of here before Middle East Nuclear War.  I was reminded of 170, dropping the 0 place holder pointing to 17 meaning Victory!  Which of course adding all the numbers of up to and including 17 gives us 153, pointing to Jesus.

Okay – My favorite dates this year.

July 3rd is 360 x 3.5 days from January 20, 2017 when Trump took office

August 27th is 360 x 5 days from September 23, 2015

September 18th at sunset is Rosh Hashana – My personal favorite

September 23rd is 5 calendar years from September 23, 2015 and 5 calendar days after Rosh Hashana

John, you reminding us that “Bride” is 55 reminded me of the Rapture watch of 5/5/2005.  But then I think we have even more reason to watch 5 years from September 23, 2015, either calendar or prophetic.  And this also reminded me of how Smyrna which burned for 10 days starting September 13th, 1922 is called the Tribulation Church.  The 7 churches of Revelation have also been seen as 7 ages leading up to the Second Coming.

And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive; I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.   Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.  Revelation 2:8-10

As we know, the only time period associated in Revelation with tribulation is ten days.  Now, this could be only referring to the 10 days in 1922 or this could have a larger meaning of ten years of tribulation.  We could also add the Bride, 5+5 and get 10 and look at the division of 5 years to reach 2020.  Then there could be 10 years of tribulation.  If we say as some say that the first half of the tribulation will be relatively calm and then great tribulation will be in the second half, then maybe the tribulation did start September 23, 2015.  Of course there are those who look at those days being cut short for the sake of the elect so we could speculate all day long about the future.  The bottom line is the Rapture is in the future and in God’s hands so who are we to think we have it all figured out.

I personally think, just as Jesus Christ fulfilled the Spring Feasts in order at His first coming, He will fulfill the Fall Feasts in order just the same.  Just as Jesus is the servant candle in the center of the menorah at the Festival of Lights and lit each Spring Feast in Order, it would make sense He will light each Fall Feast in order.

The first is the first day of the New Year, the day that has been referred to as the day no one knows, as it officially begins at the sighting of the new moon.  Also, a possible analogy to the words of Jesus of this being a day that we know not.

The second is the most holy day of the Hebrew calendar, Yom Kippur.  This is counting off inclusively 10 days from the first day of the year.  These are the called the days of repentance.  These 10 days have also been taken as symbolically 10 years between His coming for His bride and His coming to establish His millennial kingdom.

But then these last 5 years could be shortened for the sake of the elect.  So we could be looking at a 2022 Yom Kippur return instead of a 2025 return of Jesus Christ for His millennial kingdom.  One could also then say this could fulfill the prophecy about the days being shortened by 1/3.  Finally, I’ve thought before that the division of the years could be like the 5 loaves and 2 fish division that fed the multitude.  Food for thought anyway.

Shalom!
