Maybe, just maybe, yet another indicator that the Rapture is very near ?????????????????   Israel desperately wants to build the Third Temple, but the Rapture must happen first!   I strongly believe based on Scripture (too much to go into here) that the antichrist will make a deal to have a Palestinian State in trade for Israel's right to build the Third Temple.  "Dividing the land" (Joel 3:2) will incur God's wrath upon the nations as the 7 year Tribulation Period gets underway after the Rapture.
