Is the sabbath commandment the one which really pictures the gospel, in other words, "not of works"?

And then in particular, also, the day of atonement?

Numbers 29:7 And ye shall have on the tenth day of this seventh month an holy convocation; and ye shall afflict your souls: ye shall not do any work therein:

Is repentance, also pictured there?
