China has proven not to be a reliable supplier of goods. If anything, the world's nations have been very short-sighted by outsourcing their manufacturing needs to China. Caroline goes through the behaviour and actions (non actions, more like) of the elite agencies over this crisis. Basically - it's every nation for itself. Borders matter !! Nation states matter.
