Birth Pangs and a New Sea of Red (Red Sea)

(Exodus 14)

 ¹³And Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today.  For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. ¹⁴ The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.”

¹⁵ And the Lord said to Moses, “Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to GO FORWARD. ¹⁶ But lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it. And the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.

The birth pangs in the world now are exceptionally strong!!  Just one indicator is that the six largest % points GAINS and LOSSES in the long history of the Dow Jones Index have been in March 2020 (just one on 27 February 2020).

What lies ahead?  An imminent Rapture?  Revival?  Financial markets have an expression.  When there are large falls in share prices, or big losses reported by companies, they refer to it as a Sea of Red!  Another Red Sea!!  The world is facing incredible challenges, health, social and economic.  We are about to remember Passover!!  God led His people through the Red Sea a long time ago!!  But He is the same God, and He will lead us through the Sea on dry ground!!

And His command to us is to not fear and GO FORWARD!!
