Hello John and Doves,
Last week the FDA
approved a test for coronavirus antibody testing.
"One idea being
discussed in Germany and the U.S. is to issue a
certificate of immunity for people who show
evidence of antibodies in their blood....In theory, individuals
with immunity certificates would be exempt from social
distancing protocol and could return to work or normal
life without the risk of infecting others."
"...setting up a
reliable system for issuing certificates or cards
indicating immunity to the disease presents numerous
challenges. Any such program would have to be scaled
for America's population of 330 million...and designed to
be safe from fraud.....BUT with the global economy
in virtual free fall, the rush to return to normal may
require unprecedented steps."
https://www.yahoo.com/news/fauci-coronavirus-antibody-tests-coming-immunity-certificates-being-discussed-172122667.html?.tsrc=jtc_news_index
And what would those
'unprecedented steps' be? Pushing through immunity
certificates when we do not know how strong this immunity
is or how long it would last. Or if it can prevent
reinfection. And as for the testing, how specific
and sensitive is it for this particular coronavirus?
False positives? False negatives? Still lots
of unknowns.
"In normal times, a test
is not used until its accuracy and rates of false
positives and false negatives have been carefully tested
and optimized. But these are not normal
times. Such optimization has not yet been
done for any of the tests under development, and it is not
clear how long such a process will take."
"Antibody tests are not
the only way to decide that an individual is immune to
SARS-CoV-2. We could assume that those who have had
the disease are now immune and issue them immunity
certificates. But how will they know they had
Covid-19? Will an applicant need to show a positive
virus test to justify a certificate? Without such
testing, it can be difficult to know for sure is someone
truly had Covid-19 or if they had something else, like
flu, with similar symptoms. But many people with
Covid-19 symptoms have been unable to get coronavirus
tests and have even been told not to try."
"Verifying applicants'
claims and identities is another issue. If immunity
certificates proved benefits, people will want them.
They may be willing to provide test results from phony
laboratories or might lie about their own past
symptoms. Some people would use another's immunity
certificate, unless it had a driver's license-like
photograph and identifying information or required
thumbprints, retinal scans, or other identity
verification, raising new privacy issues."

Covid-19
'immunity certificates': practical and ethical
conundrums - STAT
"FDA authorizes first
antibody-based test for COVID-19" April 2,
2020 "The Food and Drug Administration has issued
its first authorization for a COVID-19 test that looks for
antibodies in the blood, rather than for the virus in the
nose or throat....the test is produced by the
biotechnology company Cellex. Health care providers
have to draw blood from a patient's vein to run the test,
and it can only be done by certified labs - not a doctor's
office. it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get a
result."

FDA
authorizes first antibody-based test for COVID-19 - The
Verge
It was announced that
Cellex was granted an emergency use authorization
(EUA) on its test April 2, 2020. The authorization
states the results of the test are for SARS-CoV-2
antibodies - IgM and IgG. Positive results can
indicate acute or recent infection. Mayo Clinic will
begin antibody testing on 4/13/2020 in a 'slow roll
out'. It's hoped that commercial manufacturers will
speed production up over the next few weeks.
A positive result can provide guidance as to who can
return to work and who has to remain in quarantine.
China, Singapore and a
few other countries already use coronavirus antibody
tests."
The U.K. is thinking
about 'Covid passports'. Italy is interested in this
also, to open their country back up.
So Dr. Fauci is going
from the 'digital certificates' for vaccines to 'immunity
certificates' for antibodies. Dr. Fauci, the NIH,
the CDC all have the ear of the president.
Dr. Fauci is in the
pocket of Bill Gates and Fauci is very much up on the
quantum dot technology - Bill Gates paid MIT to
design/create a 'tattoo' (quantum dots) that can encode
vaccine and other information. As I wrote in a
previous letter to Doves 5 April, 2020 "What's
Coming....Digital Certificates?"
http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/apr2020/chance45-1.htm
, this tattoo does not have to be given with a
vaccine...it can be given before a vaccine is ready - and
can be used to document antibodies/immunity to
coronavirus. Seems one way or the other, THEY want
to get us 'tattooed'.
Dr. Fauci is head of
Trump's coronvrirus task force - on Friday, 4/10/2020,
he said that certificates of immunity for Americans have
been discussed during White House meetings. He
also said the antibody tests and Covid-19 tests will be
done concurrently.
Sure looks like a
case for using Bill Gate's tattoo! (And he
doesn't just have pull in the U.S.!) The tattoo
would identify who has the antibodies and who can
return to 'normal' life.
Whatever ends up being
'the mark of the beast', it will not be properly tested
by the FDA - due to 'unprecedented steps' and 'not
normal times' as "horrible, malignant sores broke out on
everyone who had the mark of the beast and who worshiped
his statue." Revelation 16:2. We (along with
other countries) are currently in an unprecedented
situation where we need people to get back to work -
unemployment is sky high and people are running out of
money to buy food, pay rent, etc. If this
quarantine keeps up, there will be a point of
no-recovery.
For now, we do not know
exactly how these 'certificates' will be provided -
picture IDs, a card, a tattoo and more importantly, we do
not know how they will be policed. This bears our
close watching as these are desperate times, indeed!
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem!
Maranatha!

"Could immunity passports create a kind of two-tier
society, where those who have them can return to a more
normal life while others remain locked down?"
