UFO started the Fire?

I am fairly new to the channel in this link but the title of the clip intrigued me. Wow! Am I glad I watched. This is not conspiracy or faked - this is actual webcam footage of moments before the fire broke out at Notre Dame. It really is quite incredible. The narrator obviously knows his stuff and debunks a lot of so-called UFO stuff that proliferates on the internet. SUCH food for thought.
