I would like to address the misconception that
mystery babylon the
harlot of Revelation 17 is the same entity as
the beast she
rides.This is crucial so that we can be able to
understand the end times.
A lot of christians have been made to believe that
they are the same
entity when they are not.
Now revelation 17:8 says
The beast that thou sawest was, and is
not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless
pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell
on the earth shall WONDER, whose names
were not written in the book of life from the
foundation of the world, when they behold
the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
Now the major point here says they WONDERED
after the beast ALL whose
names were not WRITTEN IN THE BOOK OF LIFE.
Now look closely at this
verse that people overlook but is very critical in
showing us that the
beast and the woman are not the same.
Revelation17:6 it says
And I saw the woman drunken with the
blood of the saints, and with the blood of
the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I
WONDERED with great admiration.
Did you just see that? it says APOSTLE JOHN
WONDERED at the
woman.Even the angel goes so far as to confirm
it
Revelation17:7 " And the angel said unto me,
Wherefore
didst thou MARVEL(WONDER)? I will tell thee the
mystery
of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth
her, which hath the seven heads and ten
horns."
So unless John (Jesus most loved disciple) is not
in the book of life
then wondering at the woman and wondering at
the beast is not the
same.Because it undoubtedly says if you wonder
at the beast you are
not in the book of life.God deliberately put this in
so there wouldn't
be any confusion between the beast and the
harlot.
So now revelation 17:16 makes sense:
"And the ten horns which thou sawest
upon the beast, these shall hate the whore,
and shall make her desolate and naked, and
shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire."
And why will the tens horns hate the whore
(harlot) and destroy her
Revelation17:17
"For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil
his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom
unto the beast, until the words of God shall
be fulfilled."
So that is the plan of God.Inorder for the Beast to
bocome the sole
global superpower, the current superpower
Mystery Babylon must be
destroyed.Now it makes total sense.
To those who do not think mystery babylon is a
nation and superpower
read this last verse of Revelation 17:18
"And the woman which thou sawest is that
great city, which reigneth over the kings of the
earth."
