""End of the church-age" Babylon's day of reckoning?"

I just finished watching the following video:

Watch "Israel's 70th - Do You See The Miracle?" on YouTube

https://youtu.be/3HkaqO1Br8E

I was saddened and angry to learn of the crap the United States pulled, along with Britain, in opposing Israel's planned declaration of statehood on May 14th, 1948.

I hold to the belief that the United States has morphed into a Babylon at the end of this current age.  Jeremiah expressed that not only would Israel have 70 years of captivity under Babylon, but that God alloted 70 years to Babylon as well, before that empire was brought down in a day (see Jer. 29:10).

I am thinking that for the "end of the church age" Babylon, God might likely use her Gregorian calendar.  Per the video, the U.S. was attempting to oppose Israel even as late as May 13th.  The 70 years for Babylon would then end on May 12th.  This date also happens to be the deadline for our current Administration to make a decision on the Iran deal, whether we will pull out of it or not.  Iran has threatened a surprise response if we pull out, which I speculate is likely.

Keep in mind the possible Biblical pattern that it was the Medes/Persians (Iran today) that brought down Babylon in a day during Daniel's time.

As I read Jeremiah 50 and 51, where details are given for Babylon's judgement (back during Jeremiah's time and also for these last days), there appears to be a number of smaller-scale but still very destructive events/attacks/disasters before final/complete devastation, with also an exhortation from God for His people living in Babylon to quickly come out, before the final devastation, and return to Israel.  For the end times application/understanding of these scriptures, I am thinking this group God is exhorting is a portion of the 144,000 Jewish witnesses that currently reside in the United States.  That "relocation" will take some amount of time, so I am thinking that the initial judgements serve as a catalyst to get those folks moving before it is too late.

I am thinking that we will be removed before Babylon is destroyed.  For me, May 12th through the 14th is the end of a window of time indicating when we might be taken home.  We might see some types of disasters leading up to that, but I am not sure.

My desire is that we will see Jesus sooner than even that.  I see the last weekend of April as a high watch time.  Perhaps us going home will set off a chain of events leading up to Babylon's ultimate judgement mid-May.

For what it is worth.
