"Re: Harold (25 Mar 2018) Tribulation Period and the Month of Nisan"

Hi Chance,

your statements about Jesus fulfilling the first 3,5 years of Daniel’s 70th week reminds me on a rather comprehensive study by Miriam Howard here on 5 doves some time ago (which oddly enough was never discussed or picked up here in any way - as far as I can remember). May be you are interested in this. Would like to know what you (and others) think about it… Here is the link:

Hello Harold,

Miriam did an incredible, in depth, and extensive study on this topic!  Wow.  I admit my thoughts and reasoning are quite simplistic.  Miriam covers a lot of information; she shares a lot of knowledge!  .

We do have several thoughts in common:  I too believe there was no pause between the 69th week and the 70th week.  I too believe that Jesus' 3.5 year ministry occurred during the first half of the 70th week.   I too believe there was a 'pause/hold' in the midst of the 70th week - I called this 'the prophetic clock stopped'.

Miriam is looking at Nisan 16 (Feast of Firstfruits) for the Rapture; so am I.  I know the full moon was on March 31 - and I have two Jewish calendars:  One calendar has Nisan 14, eve of Passover, on March 30  with Passover on Saturday March 31 and another that has Nisan 14, eve of Passover, on March 31, with Passover on Sunday April 1).  So these are one day off from each other.  Also, I am looking at any day in Passover Week - thru Nisan 21.  (The crossing of the Red Sea occurred on Nisan 21.)

But I do not believe that Jesus finished up the prophecies of the 70 Weeks of Daniel.  I think He would have if they'd accepted Him as King.  Miriam wrote:

Jesus fulfilled His Father’s six requirements which were:  “to finish the transgression, to make an end of sins, to make reconciliation for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up the vision and prophecy and to anoint the most holy.”   He accomplished this task with His earthly ministry to the Jews of that day which culminated in His death, burial and resurrection, as the once-and-for all sacrifice for sin, known as “the FINISHED work of Christ on the Cross.

Which I do find interesting...but I don't see Jesus as 'anointed the most Holy' - in fact, He tells them they missed Him!  If only they'd kept watch; if only they'd known this day -

Jesus Weeps over Jerusalem

41 And when he drew near and saw the city, he wept over it, 42 saying, “Would that you, even you, had known on this day the things that make for peace! But now they are hidden from your eyes  https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Luke+19%3A41-44&version=ESV

If Jesus did finish up all of these things - then, Jesus 'sealed up the vision and the prophecy' then that would mean that it would need be 'unsealed' at a later date - maybe that's when the prophetic clock starts ticking.  It would make sense to start up where it left off  - in Nisan. Then what is left of this 'vision and prophecy' is 3.5 years.

And I believe that the Tribulation is 3.5 years and this will finish up the 70th week.  Then 'the vision and the prophecy' of the 70 Weeks of Daniel will be fulfilled.  Jesus will be anointed the most Holy.

Miriam study shows that the 70th week ends of the middle of the Tribulation, so another 3.5 years needs to be added to this time period to make a 7 year tribulation.

If there is only a 3.5 year tribulation, like I am definitely leaning toward, there is no need to add this extra 3.5 years.

My suggested Tribulation Period of 3.5 years would end in the fall of 2021 during the time of the Fall Feast Days (from 'Nisan 10, 5778' to Feast of Trumpets 2021 is 1260 days; Feast of Trumpets would be at the time of the Battle of Armageddon, Day of Atonement the books are opened and Feast of Tabernacles will start the Millennium); Miriam's Tribulation Period would end in the Spring of 2025 where the " end of the Tribulation will complete in the SPRING of 2025, at which time WHEN Yeshua Messiah will be escorting His whole pure and holy Jewish remnant over the Jordan River into their pure and restored Land for the final time. "

I believe that all the trumpets, vials, bowls, seals can be carried out/fulfilled in this 3.5 years.  I don't think these need 7 years.

Howard - it looks like Miriam and I have similar thoughts on quite a few things, but differ as to the length of the Tribulation Period.  We are both looking at the Rapture occurring in Nisan and the Tribulation starting in Nisan. The length of the Tribulation is for those who miss the Rapture.  For their sakes' I hope it is 3.5 years and not 7!

Hopefully soon, all of this will be a moot point for us!!!

I think it's important we work together on this - maybe not everyone has all the pieces to this puzzle.  Hopefully someone else has some insights to share for your letter's query.

Maranatha!
