"Easter, the time of
our rapture:?"
April 8, 2017 the eve of Palm Sunday
I believe that all eyes need to be on this Easter Sunday.
The Song of Solomon has warned the world for centuries, even
millenia with these words, “Arise my fair one, and come away
(Song 2:10). I feel that the time has come and the year is here.
The redbud tree is fully blossomed and the dogwood is in full
bloom. I think that we may be only one week away from His coming
for His obedient Bride.
The celebration of our Lord's resurrection is not determined by
the Jewish Passover or the Feast of First Fruits, although that
was when the crucifixion death and subsequent resurrection did
occur way back then. Rather, the determination of resurection
day, called Easter, is always this way.
IT IS THE FIRST SUNDAY AFTER THE FIRST FULL MOON AFTER THE
VERNAL EQUINOX.
Dated, that means the following:
Vernal Equinox March 20, 2017
First full moon after that April 11, 2017
Easter first Sunday after that April 16, 2017
I am expecting the Lord's return for us to be on this Easter
Sunday. When it is sunset at 7:11 PM Daylight Ssavings Time in
Israel, it will be 11:11 Central Daylight Savings Time in the
central United States. Many will be in churches in the U. S and
indeed in Christian countries elsewhere.
But, unfortunately, many will be in bed, still asleep, or on the
golf course, at the shopping mall, or just watching television.
Many will not care at all about the Lord's sacrifice nor about
His resurrection nor about His coming. They will immediately
wish they did.
I care. I am watching. I am praying. I am very alert for His
coming. I hope and pray that you are too!
