Dear brother
When do you think it was that Jesus saw Satan [as] lightning fall from heaven?
Was it in the beginning?
Is it to be at the end?
Satan has always had the ability thus far, to go before the throne of God, in heaven, and accuse us daily.
Does Satan reside in heaven at this present time?
I heard an youtube preacher and author of several books make an astounding comment, that Satan resides in heaven. I sent this individual an email and ask him; Which heaven? For there are 7 that we know of in the scriptures.
I received no response.
Is being "cast down" from heaven, the same as Falling from heaven?
Even we are shown that there will be a "falling away" of the church. It falls!
Is this falling away yet to come? or has it happened already? or is it happening Now?
Questions are always the means by which we are hungry to seek out the answers in the word of God.
Consider also that the Pit for which the scriptures calls "the bottomless pit" in Revelation, when Satan will be bound by the angel, and cast into this bottomless pit; for which "bottomless" literally means [it] is a perpetual state of "falling".
I always go back to the beginning for my answers, because that is what God said to do. He declared the former things from the beginning, and they went forth out of his mouth, and he shewed them; he did them suddenly, and they came to pass. Isaiah 48:3
Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure: Isaiah 46:10
Ezekiel refers to Satan in this way: Thou wast perfect "in thy ways" from the [day] that thou wast created,[till] iniquity was [found] in thee.
The word "found" is defined to most of us [as] "something found" that was lost, or was something founded, or founded upon; none the less, "found" is also part of the word foundation.
We know that Christ is the Chief Cornerstone, the foundation by which the church is built.
God placed; "founded" iniquity in Satan.
Was there a war in heaven in the beginning? Some believe that there was. There had to be a time in ancient history, at the creation of the heaven where the 1/3 part of the angels sided with Satan.
I don't believe in a gap "theory", just so I make myself clear. I do not believe that the scriptures support such a theory.
We don't know when it was that iniquity was [found] in Satan, I have yet to research this issue. Your question has brought it to my mind, but if I stop and consider that Noah also found Grace in the eyes of the Lord. and that the name of Noah means: Comfort and rest, then we look at the bloodline of Christ back to Adam we learn this wonderful message of the gospel.
MAN IS APPOINTED MORTAL SORROW, BUT THE BLESSED GOD SHALL COME DOWN TEACHING, HIS DEATH SHALL BRING THE DISPARING
"COMFORT AND REST".
We were all in the loins of Adam when as yet there was none of us, but while in continuance of time we were fashioned in our parents. God foreknew us all. A the Grace of God for Noah was at the beginning.
The New Testament is in the Old Testament concealed and the Old Testament is in the New Testament revealed. The 4 gospels bring it all together.
I don't see Satan standing upon the mount of Olives in the scriptures.
His whole desire is to destroy Israel, and the church and to be like the Most High. Antichrist, the man whom Satan gives over his power to; will confirm [the] covenant with many, and in the midst of the week he' shall [cause] their sacrifice and oblations to cease in the newly built 3rd temple. (a building made with hands)
This of course is moot, because the temple is of no holiness to God, only to Israel. We are the temple of God. Israel has yet to understand this truth about their Messiah and ours. They will in the midst of the week, when they see this abomination standing where it ought not.
Personally I see Satan [as] perpetually falling from the moment God found- founded iniquity, SIN, in him. That sin being Pride.
Proverbs 16:18 Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a "fall."
This raises the question; Why would God found iniquity in Satan?
Because; To every "thing" there is a season, and a time [to] every purpose under heaven. Ecclesiastes 3:1
God has used Satan throughout the scriptures as well as evil spirits.
I have heard many teach and say that Satan enters into the antichrist as he did with Judas Iscariot. I find no such passage in the scripture that this is true. I do on the other hand find that Satan gives over his power to the antichrist, therefore he is weakened, and thus the mighty angel is able to take hold of him and bind him with the chain and cast him into the bottomless pit.
The Lord of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and I have purposed, so shall [it] stand: Isaiah 14:24
I will break "the Assyrian" in my land, and upon my mountains tread him under foot: then shall his yoke depart from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulders. (A picture of Esau, Jacob's brother, the antichrist in the last days)
It is interesting to note that this abomination that stands where it ought not, is some type of thing that life will be given to it, by the false prophet. It is not the antichrist himself.
We know according to scripture that the life is in the blood.
This thing, this image, this abomination of the flesh, is given life, a Golem if you will, therefore it must also have blood. It is the [image] of the beast; of the antichrist himself. All who will not worship it will be put to death.
Satan is at this present time "fallen" as is also the members of the false churches, who have "fallen away" from the truth of the Word of God.
The mount of Olives is the place where our Lord will set his feet, and the earth will split as prophesied by Zechariah 14 vs 4.
And his (Jesus) feet shall [stand] "in that day" upon the mount of Olives, which is [before] Jerusalem "on the east", and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof towards the east and towards the west, "and there shall be a very great valley"; and "half" of the mountain shall remove "toward the north", and "half" of it toward the south.
NO' I do not see this happening with Satan in his falling. Can you? Nothing about this event matches the scriptures for Satan [as] lightning, falling.
When I think of a lightning strike; I picture the lightning come from the heavens [downward] in many different directions, but downward none the less.
The word used in Luke 10:18 is "as" lightning. A streak of light, very quickly, much like the term twinkling, or twinkle, [as] we read concerning our catching away, the "Rapture" so named. Woe! to those that are dwelling upon the earth when Satan is come down unto them! (here he is cast down and can no more go before the throne of the Lord and accuse us)
Revelation 12:7 is before the THIRD Woe: And there was "war" in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, 8) And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
This is where Satan and his angels can no more go before the Lord Of Hosts. Satan is earth bound.
Read Isaiah chapter 12, an end times prophecy for Israel, and 14,
Now Rev 12:12 Therefore "rejoice," YE HEAVENS, and YE that dwell [in] them.
Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and the sea! for the devil [is] come down unto you, having "great wrath", [because] he knoweth that he hath but a short time. 13) And when the dragon [saw] that he was cast unto the earth, he [persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.]
(the woman is Israel and to be specific Judah, because it was through the line of Judah, Christ came, the kingly line, through the seed of the woman Mary, the un-cursed kingly line, for Joseph the supposed father of Jesus, was of the cursed kingly line)
In verses 14, 15, Judah (the woman) flees into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, (31/2 yrs) from the face of the [serpent.]
I always make note of the changes in the script, when it uses dragon and then changes to serpent before the end of vs14, and Remains with [serpent] at the beginning of 15. Like I said in an earlier letter, "There is a purpose" for these changes in script.
The seventh angel has already sounded the trumpet in Rev 11:15 and we read in Rev 10:7 But in the days of the [voice] of the seventh angel, when he shall [begin] to sound, "the mystery of God" should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
So we know that there is no misunderstanding with all of Israel what is going on. They know it is God and they know that it is the antichrist; the beast himself, that is trying to destroy them. Satan is MAD! In vs 15 the [serpent] cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood. 16) the earth helps the woman and opens her mouth and swallows up the flood which the [dragon] cast out. (again we see the change of the script back to dragon in the same verse)
17) And the dragon was wroth with the woman, (Israel/Judah) and went [to make war] with the [remnant of her seed], which keep "the commandments of God, and "have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
Something here to note: one group is keeping the commandments of God, and the other group have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
WE ARE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK, 31/2 YEARS INTO THE TIME OF JACOBS TROUBLE AT THIS POINT IN THESE SCRIPTURES, AND THE MYSTERY OF GOD IS FINNISHED. EVERYONE UPON EARTH KNOWS IT IS GOD.
Let us compare Matthew 24:14 with Revelation 14:6,7 and ask the question;
Is this the fulfillment of Matthew 24:14?
Matthew 24:14
And [this] gospel of the kingdom shall be preached [in all the world for a witness unto "all nations" ] AND THEN SHALL THE END COME.
Revelation 14:6,7
And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having [the everlasting gospel to preach] unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment [is] come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
Jesus didn't say "who" would preach this gospel of the kingdom, only that it shall be preached in [all] the world for a witness unto [all] nations, then shall the end come.
Many are lazy and are asleep or almost asleep concerning the preaching of the true gospel, and I heard it said, that if the gospel was not being preached anymore, then the words of Jesus would not be fulfilled. We see here that it is an angel shouting with a loud voice to preach the gospel, the everlasting gospel.God always has a twist for Satan. He is not like the most High, as he proudly proclaims in Isaiah 14.
You know; I think Satan fell at the same time man fell, both fell through disobedience.
Thank you for raising this question. I enjoyed it, and learn so much myself as I research these things.
God Bless You
