Dear Friends:

I am sending a copy of an urgent plea to you for your consideration, hoping that you will accept the challenge of organizing and/or participating in the National Day of Prayer on May 7, 2015 in your local area!

God has placed urgency in my heart for America this year.  I fear for the condition of America.  I believe that the hour of our judgment is already upon us, but I know that our God is merciful and kind.  If we are at the point of no return, the Lord will preserve and protect HIS PEOPLE if we cry out to him, even in the midst of persecution, sword, famine, and captivity!

My personal goal is to get as many Christians as I possibly can to pray on that day at high noon as one united voice to God Almighty for the sake of our homes, our communities, and specifically, our nation!

Splintered groups of prayer may not carry as great an impact that a determined and humbled community of believers can accomplish in a united front, coming together in solemn assembly with only one goal - to stand before the Lord in one accord, repent for the sins of the nation, and pray for revival!

I invite you to utilize the attached information as you see fit, to suit your own particular circumstances, adding your own venue to the "Where:" portion.   Please hand the information out to everyone you can - friends, family, acquaintances, co-workers, local pastors and churches.  Remember, you don't have to limit your efforts to your own community alone, but reach out to people you know everywhere in America.  Please help me get the word out!

My hope is that this year, the National Day of Prayer will become a grassroots movement of Christians that will move God to grant us one more great spiritual revival in our land, and the salvation of many souls! 

 

We are living in perilous times.  We are the "watchmen on the walls" and the "Esthers for such a time as this" that God is depending on to get the message out...before it is too late!  God bless you and thank you with all my heart for any and every thing that you can do, great or small, to help win America back to Christ!

AN URGENT PLEA to every Christian in America to gather in solemn assembly and pray for our nation, for the hour of our judgment is upon us!  We have offended God!  America is in crisis!  Wake up!  Blow the trumpet!  Sound the alarm!  It is imperative that we humble ourselves, repent for the sins of the nation, and pray for a great spiritual revival in America before it's too late!

This will be a non-denominational gathering of all God's people.  We must unite in one spirit and one voice with only one goal:  to stand together, repent, and pray for revival.

Here's what you can do:

1.  Pray now for God's favor on this event and for record crowds to show up all over America to let God know we are serious!

2.  Spread the word.  make phone calls, write letters and e-mails, give out fliers, tell your pastor.  Encourage family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers to come.

3.  Ask everyone who cannot attend an event somewhere to mark their calendars, stop everything they're doing at High Noon on Event Day and PRAY!

4.  Volunteer to bring people.  Give rides to your event.  Carpool.  Help young, old, and disabled to come!

5.  Plan to "fast" your noon meal.  this is important!

6.  Consider taking a day off work to attend if necessary.  It may be the most important thing you do all year!

7.  Make a day of it!  Stay in town, get out on the streets, talk to people, visit, pray, witness, evangelize!

PLEASE DON'T LET THIS NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER BE A ONE-TIME EVENT ONLY, BUT THE BEGINNING OF A GRASSROOTS MOVEMENT OF CHRISTIANS DAILY PRAYING FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS THAT WILL RESOUND ACROSS THE NATION AND MOVE GOD TO GRANT US ONE LAST SPIRITUAL REVIVAL.  AMERICA'S SURVIVAL AND OUR WAY OF LIFE MAY DEPEND ON IT!
