Frank I agree with your assessment about the 7/4 being related to our Independence Date. The reason that jumped out to me was of course the American flag but it also standing close to that date. Which was to signify it relating to our country. That was plain to me. So that being said, does the other date pertain to our country? I believe it does some how.
When I tried to find something relating to 9/6 nothing came except that being Tishrel 2 on the Jewish calender (2nd day of Feast of Trumpets). It is also one week after out Labor Day. ????? still not connecting it yet.
But something about the borders of that frame being in red and black have some significance. What could that mean? What comes to mind for me is a point of entries map for an invasion of some kind. With the red color on the frame signifying something of the country who will be involved and the entry areas. If you go and look at a map of the USA and compare the red entry points you'll see what I mean. The red pendent could mean heavy concentration at that point or a symbol relating to a flag. I just got an (almost nauseating ) uneasy feeling when I saw this picture. I pray I'm wrong in my assessment God bless.
