"Marilyn Agee, I agree you have an important piece of the puzzle"

You could be right to point out that technically we may have to say "mid-trib" now instead of "pre-trib" if indeed we are now in the first half of the trib. I honestly don't know and frankly don't care as long as our departure is soon and before the "hour of temptation which comes on all the world to try them which dwell upon the earth" (Revelation 3:10)(see below scripture as well). What I have been standing up for is the hope of being delivered before and not having to endure through the worst time in history since there was a nation and so far I don't think we have entered that period yet but that may all be part of the last half and not the first half.

It was David Flynn (now in heaven) who I think I first heard put it the way you are and he said, he guessed this made him a "mid-tribber" and he was expecting the rapture around Spring of and no later than July of 2012 (here we are one year later in that time again) and at the time I wanted him to be wrong because it was only 2008 when he said it. As time went on I began hoping he was right because we were approaching that time and then it came and went too but his premise was still very valid which you have just outlined for us again and I think you have a very important piece of this puzzle that must be acknowledged. Jonathan Kleck, I think, has also stated that God revealed to him that there is a changing of places between us and the devil and his angels, where we go up as they come down and that's about how David Flynn said it too or at least I know Jonathan Kleck saw missles coming down as we go up...

Anyway my point is that I'm not locked into a "pre-trib" stance specifically, but more accurately maybe would be to say I have the promise and confidence and hope to be delivered out of this world before the uumm... what do we call it now? Bad thing hits...

Isaiah 26:

 19.  Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.
 20.  Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.
 21.  For, behold, the Lord cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

We won't be inhabiting the earth while the indignation is being done to it, at least not as mortals... I can hardly wait!
